The second team had their first match of the season yesterday recording a win in a friendly against Milton Keynes RFU. It was great to see so many turning out after the Xmas break particularly good to see so many that have progressed through our junior section. Special mention to Robert Hobbs who played his first senior match for the club and also a shout out to Gary Bridge our chairman who still gets around the field after many years as a player. In a tight match going in to the last quarter with Wats leading Sean Silver controlled the game from from 10 he was well supported by Ryan Shirves in the midfield both receiving player of the day awards.
