Watford 12 - Old Albanians 4

It may have been a rainy morning, but the boys were smoking hot on the pitch today.

Watford got off to a flying start reaching 5-0 in the first few minutes with 2 tries by Aaron and 3 by Cameron. OAs managed to claw one back to get to 5-1 with Watford scoring a further 2 tries (Aaron & Max (captain)) to lead 7-1 at Half Time.

Another two tries from Aaron, now at 9-1, with OAs showing determination to get another two tries bringing the score to 9-3. Two fantastic tries from Aaron & Aiden, who ran from over halfway pursued by the opposition. OAs weren’t going to give up without a fight, and managed to score another try, bringing the score to 11-4. One final try from Aaron with Watford down to 11 players due to injuries, with the score finishing at 12-4 to Watford.

Well done to our boys, and also to Old Albanians, a match today where both sides showed real sportsmanship and handshakes all round at the end of the match.
