This Saturday Watford's 2nd XV seek to prolong the season by another few weeks and make a grasp for some Silverware in the Merit Table Cup.
Beating Hemel Hempstead in the previous round has netted a home fixture against Chesham's 2nd XV, with kick off at 12:30.
Watford and Chesham have played each other twice already this season, with Chesham coming away the victors both times, however neither game was cut and dried. Watford will know what they need to bring to this game to get Pieface to one more final before he hangs up his captain's boots and adopts a back of house role more suitable to his shy and retiring personality.
With a squad of over 25 players needing to shrink to only 20 for the match it's been a particularly difficult but also enjoyable situation to run through who has played where this season, who's committed to training, and more importantly, who's not been stolen by the 1st XV.
All signs point towards this being an extremely competitive game and with the weather forecast being for sunshine it's definitely going to be a day of drama at WRFC - all support appreciated so looking forward to seeing you there!
2nd XV game kicks off at 12:30, followed by the 1sts League Cup Final vs London Scottish at 3:00pm.
See you there.
